Asean Culinary Academy (ACA) is an Accredited Centre for the Department of Skills Development (DSD), Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia. Since its establishment, ACA has been approved to offer courses in food preparation/chef training, bakery, pastry, food & beverage services and Indian restaurant that lead to the award of Malaysia Skill Certificate (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) by DSD. ACA is also an Approved Centre for City & Guilds of London that offers Certificate in Food Preparation & Cooking, Diploma in Food Preparation & Cooking (Culinary Arts), Diploma in Patisserie and Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts. These qualifications are internationally recognised with global acceptance for study and career advancements.
